“Seattle, a city on Puget Sound in the Pacific Northwest, is surrounded by water, mountains and evergreen forests, and contains thousands of acres of parkland” has now been brought to flight sim by Drzewiecki Design!
The city has two main airports starting with “Seattle–Tacoma International Airport, locally known as Sea-Tac Airport is located just south in the neighboring city of SeaTac, it’s operated by the Port of Seattle and provides commercial air service to destinations throughout the world. Closer to downtown, Boeing Field is used for general aviation, cargo flights, and testing/delivery of Boeing airliners.”
In a post to Facebook the Drzewiecki Design team wrote: “We are happy to announce that our next project will be Seattle, WA. There is no publishing date yet but we definitely expect it to be this year.”
The scenery will feature “Some amazing structures with Avatar-friendly interior modeling (Space Needle’s observation deck or Boeing Everett Factory Assembly Building for example)”
The scenery will be available for both FSX and P3D, we can take their recently released Washington X scenery as a guide to the quality we should expect from their upcoming Seattle scenery.
