You may have been wondering why FSX Genius hasn’t been around recently, It’s because he’s in jail!
After conning people out of more than £17000 he has been jailed for 12 months. He had over 20 victims and even a gliding club that paid him more than £2000 for a custom built PC.
Matthew Hardy of Calder Terrace pleaded guilty to all charges put against him and will now face a jail sentence of 12 months. The judge however was urged to give give him a suspended sentence but this didn’t happen. the judge said “I would be failing my public duty if I didn’t impose an immediate jail term.”
